Join the Jewish Youth Climate Movement, Central Synagogue, and the MM JCC for a teen-led Sukkot event at Central Synagogue from 12-4pm EST on October 20th. The location is Central Synagogue at their community house, 123 E 55th Street, New York, NY 10010, and we will also be spending some time in Central Park.
It will be a great way to connect with nature, build relationships with community members, and celebrate Sukkot in a creative way. By filling this form out, you are registered for the event.
Adamah is proud to partner with our host, Central Synagogue, and the MM JCC, our co-sponsor, for this event. Central Synagogue is a Reform Synagogue in Mid-town Manhattan, and the MM JCC is a JCC on the Upper West Side.
The Jewish Youth Climate Movement, founded in 2020, is a Gen Z-led movement dedicated to combating climate change and environmental injustice from a Jewish lens. Our goal is to make taking collective action towards climate justice a central, defining feature of what it means to be Jewish over the next decade, empowering the next generation of Jewish youth to be leaders in our fight to build a sustainable and equitable world for all.
