The Adamah Detroit Community Summit is an annual gathering - coordinated by members of the nearly 40 Adamah Detroit network organizations - to celebrate our accomplishments over the past year, create new connections, and provide learning opportunities to inspire, empower, and resource participants. The Summit aims to deepen the sense of community and to build knowledge and skills to increase the impact of the Detroit Jewish community’s environmental initiatives. This year’s Summit will feature breakout sessions on diverse topics, including Jewish environmental and climate action; explorations of ways to incorporate sustainability in household rituals; the intersection of health and climate change; integrating Jewish environmental education into supplemental school programming; and hearing from local Jewish artists incorporating nature themes into their work.
This event is offered on a sliding scale of $10–$100. The estimated cost to offer this program is $50 per participant, and we ask you to invest as much as you are able. We aim to make this event accessible to all, and we deeply appreciate those who are able to give more to help cover the costs for others in our community. Note, you may only register one person at a time. Upon completion, you will be redirected to this form if you'd like to register another person.

Adamah Photography / Social Media Waiver

By checking the box below, I give permission to Adamah and its programs (including Isabella Freedman, Pearlstone, Adamah Detroit, Jewish Youth Climate Movement, and others), to use any photograph, likeness, audio recording, video recording and/or depiction of me, and/or my name, to promote Adamah and its programs, in all media now known or hereafter developed, including print, electronic and/or digital media, such as brochures, advertisements, annual reports, social media and Internet websites.

If you wish not to consent to this policy, check the box below to complete your registration and email us immediately at data@adamah.org, with "PHOTO WITHHOLD" and the name of the program in the subject line. Make sure that you receive a confirmation that we have received your request before the start of the program.

Safety and Liability Waiver

I, the above Participant or parent/guardian of the above Participant, ACKNOWLEDGE that the Participant's choice to participate in the Program is knowing, voluntary, and made for their personal enjoyment. I hereby certify that the Participant is physically fit and capable of participating in this Program and that they do not suffer from any condition, sickness or disease that would impair their ability to participate in the Program or that presents any danger to their wellbeing as the result of such participation. I assume all the foregoing risks and fully accept personal responsibility for all expenses, medical or otherwise, following any such damages, injury, permanent disability or death. I RELEASE and DISCHARGE Adamah and its directors, officers, members, employees, agents, successors and assigns, from and waive any and all liability to myself, heirs and next of kin or any other person, for any and all claims, demands, losses, or damages, including death or damage to property, which, in whole or in part, arise from, relate to or are alleged to arise from or relate to the Program, any and all related events and activities in which the Participant takes part. I recognize that the Participant has an important personal obligation to conduct themselves in a manner compatible with local laws and regulations, and will abide by all such laws, regulations, standards and policies and promise to act responsibly and with respect for persons and property.

The full cost to coordinate this program is $50 per person, however you can contribute between $10 to $100 based on what is the best fit for you.
