This trip is open to anyone with a basic level of fitness and is interested in joining -- beginning and experienced backpackers alike! That being said, it will be helpful for the staff to know a little more about you.

People are welcome to join Neshama Quest no matter how they identify, Jewish or not.

Going on an extended wilderness trip that includes a solo experience is a rewarding and challenging experience, both physically and psychologically. As guides, it is very important for us to know how to best support the participants. For that reason, we ask about your physical and mental health.
