Adamah Detroit 2026 Community Summit Tabling Sign-up Form
Please complete this form to register your organization for the Opening Reception Showcase during the 2026 Adamah Detroit Community Summit on Sunday, November 15th at Adat Shalom Synagogue. The Showcase will run from 12:30pm-1:30pm, with set up beginning at 11:45am. We will provide two chairs and half of an 8-foot table with a basic linen, though you are warmly encouraged to bring your own branded supplies and displays to make the space your own. All Showcase registrations will include one complimentary event ticket for the organization's representative. Contributions of $360 or greater include two event tickets. We are grateful for your partnership.
